2. Surrounded by 5 days the following actions will be undertaken:
(a) Instrument is showed on EuroClear and door codes are given to Lessee
(b) BG Provider(Lessor) authorises issuing bank to send MT799
(c) Lessee authorises its bank to respond to MT799
(d) Lessors bank submits MT760 confirming Bank Guarantee
(e) Lessee authenticates and verifies the instrument
(f) Hard copy is delivered in 7 days from MT760.

3. Final Payment is done in two stages:
(i) 30 days after issuing MT760 payment of 3% is made
(ii)60 days after issuing MT760 payment of final 3% is made.
